Hi,

A user received the following error - see below - when trying to grab data from SharePoint.

All days before things worked fine but now it failed.

Why is that?

Best regards,

Ludwig

    Hi @lreinhard7 ,

What is the current test result on your side, I have tested it on my side, and the SharePoint connector related actions can be used normally.

It seems that your data comes from an On-prem data source, please check if the status of the connection is successfully connected.

Alternatively, you could try to update or recreate the connection and see if a similar error still exists.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

We tested once again over the last two days but could not replicate the issue.

I have no clue what happened but now the problem seems gone.

The SharePoint is actually not an on-prem but a cloud hosted one.

Will continue to watch whether the issue comes up again .

For the moment things seem to be fixed though.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi @Thorsten_L ,
Did anything help you resolve the issue as I am facing the error only when colleages run it.

    Thanks,

    Shraddha

Agreed. If someone asks a question and you can't provide the answer in plain english, then don't post.

Hi. I'm sorry. I can't really answer the question. It is long ago. I think it was like I suddenly didn't have a problem anymore. I experienced this several times. It might be related to plattform updates. I didn't do anything to fix it.
