The flow was working perfectly for months and suddenly has been failing and cannot even test it. When I test it, it just spins and doesn't even go through the test. Anyone have any tips? Nothing has been changed since it started failing/Cancelling.

1. Try clearing the cookies/history.

Can you please share the error message?
There's no error, it's just spinning and not triggering at all:
It doesn't seem to be running at all.
This did not work, unfortunately.
I tried zooming in and looking at the actions and trigger. Can you confirm you have added an item or made a change to the list please?
Also, is there something in your trigger settings that is preventing this from running?
Hope you are performing the trigger action to modify SP list?
could you please check by creating a new flow?

Next steps: go change the item that this run is processing and make sure the status is Complete.
Try to perform an action which satisfies your conditional statement and executes the actions in yes block. hope it helps.
