Hi,
 
Power automate desktop is unable to load environment. Could you please help me?

    Is the environment still live and active? 
     
    Try going to the Power Platform admin centre - https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
    Go to Manage
    Go to Environments
    Then check the environment that you're trying to access is listed and is in a 'ready' state.
