PowerBi intergration with PowerAutomate

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where i need to fetch the powerbi dataset records into power automate, do i need to have powerbi pro license for this requirement? Mostly i will be using run a query against a dataset action from power  automate?
 
also what level of permissions do I need to have on powerbi workspace?

    The short answer is it depends.....
    If you published the report/dataset to the Power BI service, then you don't need a Pro license.
    If someone else published the dataset, then you will need a Pro license (or premium per user).
     
    You will need at least Read and Build permissions.
