I've got "Web Automation issue detected" message after restarting my laptop.

Hello everyone.

So I was working excellent by yesterday and today I wanted to keep on going on the flows I was working on. I turned off the laptop yesterday at night before going to sleep and today after starting it, PA is not able to identify the data I'm trying to extract from the web.

It's a website with many data tables, but if I go to any of these cells, with enough luck it will show some detection at the website, (Soccer Team name) but it doesn't match what I'm trying to select; it gives me usually the header and some options that are on top of the web page, but that's it.

I didn't do anything but to shut off the PC yesterday. Today I've uninstalled and installed again PA, also the extensions on my browsers the same and the problem keeps showing. I tried to the troubleshooter and it gives me this message:

It doesn't make any sense, since when I installed PA, I chose to install the JAVA package and every extension are in both of my browsers.

 

I really cant' tell what happened and I'm not able to keep on my previous work, I'm currently stucked.

 

PS: I tried to update my laptop, but everything is up to this day, so I really can't tell what happened overnight with just a shut off.

    Hi @elpecosin 

     

    Can you check that is the profile is switched to Persona - 1 correctly? Also check that extensions are available in the same profile, Also check when opening the website is it opening with the Persona - 1 profile only?

     

    If you want to make sure that the browser switch to correct profile then try as below

    Also, check below link for the installation of the extenstions

    Hello, @Srini007  thanks a lot for your response.

     

    Actually that's really odd, because I'm synced with the same email as in the browser, like my PC and Microsoft accounts. My OneDrive is currently updated and synced, therefore it should also be PA.

     

    I've already logged out from PA and signed back in and nothing. "Persona 1" was a generic name which I've already switched in Chrome, that caught my attention, but it was just the profile name; the email address is correct and synced.

    Hi @elpecosin 

     

    If you want to check whether the extenstions are installed with the correct profile, then you can type chrome://extensions/ this in address bar of chrome and check, if there are no PAD extenstions then try to install or else you can check the previous suggestion to switch to correct profile with contains all the extenstions
