I am trying to create a secondary local backup of files stored in OneDrive/SharePoint. I have several folders of files in OneDrive that are being updated regularly, and I would like to save a weekly backup locally. I already have the OneDrive folders set to always keep local copies. An on-premises data gateway is not an option for me.
When I attempt to copy folder from OneDrive to my local destination, I receive an error which states that some files cannot be copied because they are in use. If I do this operation manually, I can choose to skip those files and continue copying the others. When I tell PowerAutomate Desktop to skip this error, however, it does not continue to copy the other files.
How should I proceed?
Instead of copying all the files with one copy folder action, try to get files in folder, then for each through that list with one copy file for each item.
