Added or modified trigger - to run only on added

I have a trigger - When a blob is added or modified (properties only) (V2) but I need the flow to run only on added file in the blob. But in the output of the trigger, also in the metadata of the blob I don't have any data about created on, only last modified information. Any idea how to solve this?
