Creating a flow with action ' get file details' - the flow works first time but breaks thereafter??

I am creating a flow which takes the responses from a 'shared' MS form and pastes the results into an MS List, this works fine however I also need to upload a link to the attached docs (as part of the form questions) into the list. I have been using 'get file details' because my power automate login is a for my personal domain but the list is on a shared site. The flow worked the first time however thereafter it kept breaking as unable to locate the form id. I tried using copilot but that send me off into world of actions, schema and arrays and I got very confused and it still didn't work. Is there something I am doing wrong or an easier way to handle this?

It would be best to insert your image directly into your post as the file scanning process Microsoft has set up on the forums does not seem to be working. Either that, or everyone is uploading malicious content. :-)

If you don't see the shared form listed in Power Automate, open the form in MS Forms. At the end of the URL will be the form ID: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?prevorigin=shell&origin=NeoPortalPage&subpage=design&id=

Copy the ID after the URL above and insert it as a custom value as the form in both the trigger and the get form response actions:

I believe this is what you're asking about. If you cannot get to the form via MS Forms, then it has not been properly shared with you, and you will need to form owner to go to the collaborate settings of the form and have them give you edit permissions to the form.

Good day @SB-22050941-0. I assume the thank you means that my suggestion resolved your issue. If so, please mark the response as answering you post so that the post is closed. If it didn't resolve the issue, can you insert the image into the post. Thanks!
