How to change downloaded PDFs from filename.pdf.crdownload to a valid filename.pdf

I have spent nearly two weeks trying to download a pdf file from a public website. The file downloads but stays in the Downloads folder as filename.pdf.crdownload no matter how long I wait and cannot be opened. Manually deleting .crdownload makes a valid filename.pdf which can be opened, but I have been unable to reproduce the process, such as changing file names, in the Desktop flow. I may have to switch to Python coding to be able to automate the change in file name. Your comments are appreciated.

Without seeing your flow and what you are doing its impossible to tell you what you are doing potentially incorrectly.

The process itself is simple and there are tons of examples, so this is more about reviewing what you are doing and how we can close the session so that it completes the chunking processing and properly closes it as a true pdf.

Thank you for your quick reply.
The website to download is  NCREIF | News , and the link to click is the button "View the NCREIF Snapshot Report for 3Q2025". Downloading is automatic, and clicking on Save As, a one-page pdf is stored in the Downloads folder in C drive. It is very simple manually, but by PAD the downloaded file remains as filename.pdf.crdownloads.
I can post the flow if you can show me how (I am new to the community), but the Power Automate for Desktop I am using is in Japanese. I hope, being a Super User, you can understand what I am trying to do, but if you find difficult, you can reply me as being unable to reply.
