Approval "First Response" doesn't terminate after first response

Hello,
I have a flow in power automate where I use a share point list to select the right approver, in the most cases there are multiple possible approvers. To dynamically insert the approvers in the approval request power automates sets two 'for each' conditions. I have the problem the flow gets continued, but does not get completed till every approver responds. The approval is set to 'first response'. Does anybody have solution that the approval works according to the setting 'first response' and deactivates further responds?

Greetings

    Hello,

the issue is that the For Each loop is creating individual approval requests per approver rather than a single unified approval. The "First response wins" setting only works correctly when all approvers are passed as a single comma-separated string in one approval action, not through a loop.

Instead of looping through approvers and creating separate approvals, use a Select action and Join action to build a single comma-separated string of all approver emails first as follows:

    Hope it helps!
