Hej
I have my form ready.
I want the Power Automate to close the form when the number of participants in my form reaches 30.
It seems that I haven't understood how to define the URI as I keep getting a mistake.

Do you have a quick fix to why the URI doesn't work?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you share what error you get when using this link?

Power Automate doesn't have any way to close the form once it reaches 30 participants.

You should save each response into a SharePoint list (which is best practice anyway). Then once you get to 30 participants in the list you could have a send an email action that emails the responder saying "sorry, the session is full".

Alternatively this can be done with Power Apps without the need for a flow, it just doesn't allow someone to register if the maximum number of participants has been reached as shown below.

    Come back with any questions.

    The mistake I get is:

URI path is not a valid Graph endpoint, path is neither absolute nor relative or resource/object is not supported for this connector. Invalid resource,Allowed values: me,users.
