URGENT: Long-standing flows now showing in "shared flows" and are being turned off randomly.

Hello,

I have 3 flows that are essential for business functions. One is fine and is still showing in "cloud flows". The other 2 are now in "shared flows" even though they are not shared with anyone, and they are being turned off (not by me).

How can I fix this?

I have the same question (0)

Do you know who created the flows? Is it possible that the person who created has now left and its causing issues?

Check who the owner is by going to the details page of the flow. Are you listed as the owner?
Whos connections does the flow use? If it should be using yours, then ensure that all connections are pointing to your account.

    Thanks
    Adam

Hi @Bezanca thanks for your input. I am the original creator and owner of the flows, and nobody else has access except for me. The flows are using my connections only, as well. Any thoughts?

Do you have a second account or a service account?

The only reason I know of as to why a flow would move to the shared section is because it has multiple owners or it’s tied to something other than your normal account.

Are you a power platform admin? Or know who is? It might be worth asking the admin to check who the flow owner is showing as on the admin centre (or coestarterkit). They’ll be able to change it to yourself if it’s showing different.

This is a strange one so I hope that’s of some help atleast!
