Power Automate - Filter Array is Not Giving a Result

Hi!

Guys, need some help on my flow on the Filter Array aspect on which the body of the Filter is not providing a result. In the below screenshot, I am trying to get the "ID" information from the SharePoint list based on the lookup type column named "Legacy ID" entered in an Excel table. But in the output body it is being blank although I am sure that the Legacy ID is available in the excel file.

Thanks in advance for the help.

This is what I defined.

And this is the result when I run it.

    Hi @ffscastillo ,

Check that you are using the correct column names for SharePoint and Excel in the filter array action.

One trick you can use to check if ['Relating to EE ID'] property name is valid is to remove the ? from the expression and re-run the flow to see if the flow continues or stops with an error:

    Hi Ellis,

This is a good advice. I will try this out and see if I can identify the issue doing this. Thank you!

    Hi @ekarim2020,

I tried to remove the question mark and the flow went successfully unfortunately still with the same result of nothing in the body of the output.

Could you provide your real JSON array you wish to filter?

    Hi @ffscastillo

I think may be the datatype issue

    give a try with this

    @equals(item()?['LegacyID'],int(items('Apply_to_each_row')?['Relating to EE ID']))

Let me know if it worked 🙂

    Hi @VictorIvanidze ,

The screenshot I provided in the "From" section of the Filter is actually the data that I am trying to get the "ID" on which I am trying to get the "Legacy ID" which is a Lookup Column in my source list and the column and it's source is having an Number type of column.

    Hi @Nived_Nambiar ,

This idea is good to work since the source data of the Lookup column that I am getting is a Number type column. However after doing your suggestion the body is still giving no result.

    Applied the suggestion.

    This is the result.

    Hi @ffscastillo

Do one thing, could you show the json structure where the values legacy ID and Relating to EE ID looks like ?

Just to see whether we need to use any other operations to make it equivalent ?

    Hi @ffscastillo ,

Please remove the space character from the filter array condition and re-run the flow:
