My machine was successfully connected to desktop flow and I was able to call desktop flow through cloud. But all of a sudden I'm getting unauthorized error on this connection and I'm not even able to access the Machine settings and open
You need to go to Start > Services on your machine, find the Power Automate Service, right-click it and click Start. This will start the service and make it possible to run the Machine runtime app, as well as probably re-enable the connection.
If the connection still does not work anymore, try creating a new one.
