Business Process Flow not showing up on Power App

Hello all,

I have created a process to include in my form and activated it .

However, when I open app it does not show up.

This is what it should look like.

I saw another post saying to choose the process and change it, but this is the message that I get.

    Whether your BPF is not added to the Model Driven App or it is your BPF Tables permissions issue.

    What you are suggesting makes sense. However, even after checking the access from the Model Driven app for the permissions role I want, and also checked the permissions from the BFP, all are green. It still does not show up. What am I missing?
