Good morning,
I have built 5 different cloud flows, each of which triggers its own desktop flow.
Cloud Flows: 5
Desktop Flows: 5
User: 5 different
Connections: 5 different
Machine: 1 x Windows 11 Enterprise Multisession
Licenses:
User 1: Power Automate Premium, Power Automate per user plan, Power Apps Premium
User 2: Power Automate Premium
User 3: Power Automate Premium
User 4: Power Automate Premium
User 5: Power Automate Premium
Flow to user 1
Works perfectly as long as it runs alone.
Duration: 6 times an hour, every 10 minutes (0,10,20,30,40,50)
Flow to user 2
Works perfectly if it runs alone.
Duration: 6 times an hour, every 10 minutes (0,10,20,30,40,50)
Flow to user 3
Works perfectly if it runs alone.
Duration: 6 times an hour, every 10 minutes (0,10,20,30,40,50)
Flow to user 4
Works perfectly if it runs alone.
Duration: 6 times an hour, every 10 minutes (0,10,20,30,40,50)
Flow to user 5
Works perfectly if it runs alone.
Duration: 4 times an hour, every 15 minutes (5,20,35,50)
Until last year in December, these also ran smoothly together. After a few updates, which I also switched off in the meantime as a test, the flows fail regularly.
Or, if I switch off the timeout during execution, they run into an endless queue.
I have already done the following things:
Debugging with screenshots
Debugging with timing
Shifting the execution times to equalize the whole thing
Checking the utilization of the VM
Optimizing the flows to reduce execution time and error potential
Basically, the flows all work in a similar way:
Checking the accessibility of a website
Check whether a terminal session is open
Check whether login attempts work
I would like to emphasize that this has worked all the time without me having to change anything in the licenses or the size of the VM.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be very grateful.
Thank you very much
