Difficulty picking item in a list in web automation

I am trying to select a month from this dropdown which contains all the months of the year on a HTML page, any thoughts how to pick December?  The list appears with a dynically generated page and the December option does not appear on the page due to the size of the screen so I cannot use OCR to find it.
