Delay in triggering flow

I am running flow when new item gets added to SharePoint Online. Flow is very simple to send an email to user.

 

Problem - We are observing that flow instances are initiating very slowly on events. E.g. when SharePoint event occurs then after approx. 5-9 minutes flow instances are running. This is happening intermittently. Any solutions or recommendations?

    Hi @PrashantKumbhar,

     

    Which plan are you using? The maximum flow frequency for Plan 2 is 1 minute, however, if you are using Free plan, it will be 15 minutes. And if it is Flow for Office 365 and Flow for Dynamics 365, it will be 5 minutes.

    We are using flow for Office 365. As mentioned in first post we are triggering flow from SharePoint Online.

    The maximum frequency of Flow for Office 365 is 5 minute.

     

    Please also make sure the Networking works smoothly on your side.

    Mabel - Can you please clarify Microsoft's "per user" pricing?  Is that per user that has permissions to run a flow?

    Hi Mabel Mao,

    I'm using Office 365 plan. I hope MS recently changes the licensing. Still delay will be there (5 mints) for Officce 365 plan?

    Hi @v-yamao-msft  - I don't see from that link where to see what Pla we are using. I am having a similar issue, time delays vastly vary from 1 - 20 mins. delay before the flow is triggered.

    Hi @v-yamao-msft 

     

    I am running Power Automate, with flows which trigger once a SharePoint embedded Form is Submitted.

    These were working without fail up until this week - with instant triggering which created an item in a SharePoint list and sent an email notification.

    I am now experiencing trigger delays in excess of 6 HOURS on all of my flows.

    I have an Office 365 Business Premium plan.

    Can you offer any advice?  Thanks for any further responses/help.
