SharePoint List - Filtering

I have a SharePoint list with a filter set to Start Date:  Today or later and field equal to Accept with a grouping on the Start Date.

  1. The grouping label has started to not show the correct count of items for a particular start date. For example, Grouping: Start Date:  6/1/2026 (18); when I go to the list and look at the items, there are actually more items than the label is showing, the actual items number is 26 (this just started happening)
  2. There is no sort set on the list; the start date and status column for accept are both indexed columns
  3. I also noticed as of today that I cannot export the list to excel anymore; it gives the following error "You do not have permission to view the entire list because it is larger than the list view threshold enforced by the administrator"

Any help would be appreciated.

This forum is for questions about Power Automate cloud flows and Power Automate Desktop. Your post seems so be asking about SharePoint list views. Can you show your workflow and clarify what you are asking and how it relates to your workflow. Thanks!

If you are strictly asking about SharePoint, you should post your question in the SharePoint forums at SharePoint | Microsoft Community Hub

Based on what you describe, it sounds like your list has reached the 5,000-item threshold and nobody has done anything to accommodate when the list surpasses 5,000 items. Go to your site contents and look for the list to check how many items it has. If it contains 5,000 items or more, you can refer to this List View Threshold for large lists and libraries - Microsoft Support
