I understand that a ms365 business account is required.  I teach AI classes in Sun City Texas and believe the automation would be popular class for seniors.

    If you are looking for clarification before you start teaching:
     
    You can learn Power Automate without a Microsoft 365 Business account, but to build real‑world automations you’ll need one (Business or Education).
     
    Power Automate works very well for senior learners - email automation, reminders, and simple workflows are intuitive and practical. Microsoft also provides free trials and learning environments for teaching purposes.
     
    Our community would be very happy to help you and provide you suggestions, please follow the link shared by @David_MA to start with.
     
     
    Sign in with any Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, etc.). This gives you a private learning environment to safely build Power Automate flows.
