Create/delete user from SP List -> Update the Shared mailbox

Hello,

I need a bit of help with the below:

I have a SP list with list of users (name, phone, email). Those users are the same in my shared mailbox.

I would to do the following: when a new user is added or deleted from the SP List, the shared mailbox needs to also be updated accordingly. So that when i send an email to all users within that shared mail, i have the latest update and i wont need to manually delete or add beforehand.

Thanks

I want to check on the terminolgy.  A shared mailbox is shared with a number of users.  These are alocated the user via the Active Directory.  These are members of the mailbox.

The Shared Mailbox has a standard contacts list, this is what I assume you would like to create a link to the SP List.  So if you update the SP List this updates the contacts list in the shared mailbox.

We can acheive all that in paragraph two but I do not understand how you will then use the all the contacts to send the email other than by creating a 365 group of them all.

If that is what you want then please advise.

    Regards,

    Andrew

Thank you @Andrew_J for this explanation.
You are correct  - I would like to create a link to the SP List.  So if I update the SP List this updates the contacts list in the shared mailbox.

The mailbox has already been created in "Exchange Admin Center" with some primarily users. I do not want to update (add or delete) the list within the Admin Center hence I thought or creating the SP List which can update the mailbox users.
Once this is done, I will be sending an email to the mailbox regarding any update about the company.

    I hope this clear :).

    Thanks, Namson

You can not change or add the users as I said these are alocated via the active directory.  Yes I beleive you can ammend the users of the mailbox via GRAPH of which there are videos online about this.  However GRAPH will require other information to be obtained from the tenant in order for it to work properly and I assume you are not that sort of level in your organsaition to have that sort of access to that part of the tenant.  I cannot help you with this.

So if you are standard user that has access to the Shared Mailbox then all you will be able to do is to update the contacts.  So look at the following:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Get-Contacts-FolderID-from-a-Shared-Mailbox/td-p/158519

There are also other things you can do but I will leave you to find out about those.

I ask did you do any resurch yourself before asking the question?

    Regards,

    Andrew
