    Hi

So under the flow you can see this

    Click See all

Run-only mode applies to manual triggers and lets the flow run in the user’s context so we have an authenticated session. You can require run-only users to provide their connection, and the context of the user running the flow is passed. Run-only mode only applies to manual triggers.

If the trigger is when a record is created and it runs behind the scene, it uses the service account in your case.

Alternative solution is you can add something in your body saying that this email is from such and such by using the trigger property user email.

If you want to get the user full name use the Office 365 connector > Search for users (V2)

    Thanks

@abm abm thanks for the reply. but in my case the flow is been called from power apps + all the connection has their setting set to run-only user, but still the Send Email with Options action is been run under the service account (based on the email from field)

Please refer to my previous reply. This is the expected behaviour. When a flow is executed manually, it will prompt the user for authentication. However, because your flow is triggered automatically, it cannot request user authentication at runtime. As a result, it uses the service account or the configured connection to execute the actions. That is my understanding.
