remove an email i did not create

An email was created to send out every Wednesday, i did not create this email and the person who created it has left the company.
Is there any way to delete this email from sending out every Wednesday as its no longer relevant.

    If this has been implemented using powe automate to send email then you can contact admins of the environment to turn of the flow. Also in most cases when person leaves the organisation the account disabled would be initiated by HR team and this should turn off the flow in a week

    Hi there!
     
    Yes, the fastest and most effective way to do this is to contact the global admin and have his account disabled.  That's going to disable the weekly scheduled email from going out regardless of the method used to create/send it.
