Email with Options - One Option to be a clickable link

Hello,

I have a flow that ultimately sends an "Email with Options". I made one of the options a clickable link. In this case when they click that option, it will automatically download a document. However, when they click that nothing is being recorded to tell Flow that the user has picked an option. Here is a sample of what it looks like. When you click the Route for Approval option, you get that popup screen that tells you that their response has been recorded but when you click on "Need to make changes" it downloads the document but no "your message has been recorded". Is there a way to either force this as "your record has been recorded" or is there a way to tell the flow a different way that it's complete? TIA

The problem is that you've put a link on a button that represents the option. The Link is submitted, but then the button is not. The only workaround I can think of is to have the link somehow also do the equivalent of clicking the button. But I'm not sure how you would do that.
