Send an email (V2) "reply to" function stopped working

Hello,
 
I have a simple flow built which takes the answers from a Microsoft Form and puts it into an email to another inbox. I use the advanced option to "Reply to" and include in this the dymanic email address provided by the person who has submitted the form to ensure emails flow between the submitter and the inbox (rather than myself as the flow builder).
 
This has been working perfectly up until somewhere between the 3 and 5 August where now the "reply to" action is not followed.
 
The flow hasn't changed and if I look at the actions it records the submitters email as the "reply to address". If I manually reply to emails sent by submitters before the 3 August their email is populated in the email reply field; if I manually reply to emails sent by submitters after the 5 August it is my own email address in the reply field.
 
Has anyone else encountered this issue and / or has the functionality changed?

    I spoke too soon!  The problem is back as of this morning!



    As of 12:00 (noon-ish) 2024-08-28
    Just had my first e-mail where the Reply-To worked again!  Let's hope this is permanent.  Insane how long this has taken Microsoft to resolve!!!

    We still have the issue as well and have re-saved which made no difference. 
     
    Either it truly isn't fixed properly or it is taking forever for the fix to propagate to all tenants or for some reason it didn't properly propagate to all tenants.
     
    But like you, the problem remains.

    We still have this issue as of this morning, 8/28. 
    For those for whom it was fixed, did you have to do anything? Did you re-save the flow or something?

    Just following-up that as of 2024-08-26 we still have the issue!  No Reply showing in sent e-mails.
     
    Any new news on the matter, any ETAs on actual resolution???
    What course of action should we be taking since Microsoft indicates it has been resolved, and we clearly still have the issue?  This used to work just fine until the beginning of August 2024, the problem remains.

    I wanted to inform you that there was indeed an outage affecting the "Reply To" functionality starting from August 13, 2024. 
    Our engineering team quickly identified the problem and worked diligently to resolve it. The fix was rolled out in batches, which is why you may have noticed the issue being resolved on your tenant on August 19, 2024.
     
    Your patience and understanding during this time have been greatly appreciated. I'm glad to hear that the issue seems to be resolved on your end.

    Issues seems to be resolved on 19/08/2024. Seems as though they are rolling out the fix in batches as opposed to all at once.

    I checked this morning (19 Aug 2024) and the problem seems to have been resolved for me. The Reply To field is now correctly reflecting the dynamic email from the flow.

    I have a number of flows which generate emails where the 'FROM' field and the 'REPLY TO' field are not the same and I notice that recently replies to these emails are being routed to the 'FROM' address whereas they used to go to the 'REPLY TO' address.
     
    Currently, I am unclear on whether this is before or after a fix has been implemented.
     
    Obviously, there are reasons why it was structured as it was.
    The constant stream of glitches, errors and changes is getting very frustrating, particularly since PA is where you are are supposed to set up autonomous processes.
     
    It feels like I am spending almost as much time looking for unreported issues as I am building the flows in the first place.

    As of today - 16th of August - this issue has seemingly been resolved.
