Send an email (V2) "reply to" function stopped working

I have a simple flow built which takes the answers from a Microsoft Form and puts it into an email to another inbox. I use the advanced option to "Reply to" and include in this the dymanic email address provided by the person who has submitted the form to ensure emails flow between the submitter and the inbox (rather than myself as the flow builder).
 
This has been working perfectly up until somewhere between the 3 and 5 August where now the "reply to" action is not followed.
 
The flow hasn't changed and if I look at the actions it records the submitters email as the "reply to address". If I manually reply to emails sent by submitters before the 3 August their email is populated in the email reply field; if I manually reply to emails sent by submitters after the 5 August it is my own email address in the reply field.
 
Has anyone else encountered this issue and / or has the functionality changed?

    It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

    I can confirm that I have noticed the same. As of Wednesday 2024-08-07, all of my PA Flows which use specific email in "Replay to" doesn't work.*

    *The flows work generally, but the "reply to" part doesn't.

    Thank you for replying! Attached is my flow and I've also got an example of a completed form that is ignoring the "reply to" command (even though the form submitters email is referenced in that field).
     
    Any help would be gratefully recieved.

    I also noticed the same issue. As of Wednesday, August 7, somewhere between 6:05 PM and 9:32 PM, the Reply To stopped working.

    I'm having the same issue.
     
    When I check the flow it looks as if everything is correct and the responders' e-mail has been correctly filled out in the flow.
     
     
    But when I click "reply" in Outlook this email is not automatically filled out, it worked until around August 7.

    I'm seeing the same issue too, since 7th August.
     
    I have tried:
     
     - Changing the Reply To address, either to dynamic or fixed.
     - Making a copy of the flow.
     - Deleting and re-adding the "Send an email" part.
     - Re-creating the flow from scratch.
     - Creating a new simple test flow.
     
    None of the above resolve.
     
    I can't see a way to report bugs.

    Hi, I have noticed the same problem as well which has started occurring since 8 August 2024. Even with the "Reply To" field filled in with a dynamic email address and the flow running correctly, the email address listed in "Reply To" is not registered as the recipient of the email.

    Hi all,
    The same has happened for me as well.
    I've created an internal Help Desk for the company I work for and the 'reply to' has stopped working.
    As of roughly the 8th of August.
     
    Is there anywhere we can report this?
