Getting a report of unanswered emails

I tried to build a flow, but I'm very new to Power Automate.  I'm trying to get it to make a flow or a planner task that will send me a report every few days of emails that I have sent that did not receive responses, so I can follow up. TIA

    You could for example work with categories. This way you can still control which sent emails need to be checked while also visually seeing which ones have a reply in your inbox as well.

    Below is an example setup, if that helps?
     
    1. Getting the unanswered emails with the Awaiting Reply category

     
    2. Checking if they actually have a reply by searching in the inbox folder for messages with the same conversationId value. And updating the category to Replied

     
    3. Rerunning the Awaiting Reply search and using that information in a summary email
