I am looking for help designing an automation with Planner Premium, since it requires using Dataverse actions, which I don't know how to use.

Hi @VP-27031447-0,

The solution is to use Power Automate with Dataverse instead of legacy Planner actions.

A flow is created using the Dataverse “When a row is added, modified, or deleted” trigger on the Planner Task table, filtered to run only when the task Completion Status changes to Completed.

Once triggered, the flow retrieves relevant task details and uses Send an email (V2) to notify the intended recipients.

Hi Sunil, could you please specify how to filter for Completed? Do I just enter "Completed" where it says Filter Rows? Or is there some other way? Thanks!

Also, what do I enter for the other fields, like scope and Advanced Parameters? Will this impact all planners or can I specify for one planner? If I just enter the word Completed in Filter Rows, it doesn't work and says it has a "BadRequest". Thanks!
