Hi,

Please can you let me know where power desktop flows are saved in the system.

I need to copy all of the flows to one drive.

I have the same question (0)

Open a desktop flow, try to save it and see where it tries to save the flow.

    Hi @OkanAutomation

It is not showing the location when tried to save it. It just saves under My flows in Power automate desktop. But can't seem to find the location it saved

    Hi Hairy_Drumroll,

I have already checked that post. But the workspace folder within Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace is empty. Any idea?

Nothing? Can you double-check in here: %AppData%\..\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace

It probably doesn't matter for what you're doing, have you checked each Environment? Do you have access to the flow through the Desktop app?

To answer the original question more directly: once you have found the flows through the PAD app, a good way to 'copy' the flow is to go to edit mode, then Select All (Ctrl-A) and Copy (Ctrl-C) the flow, then Paste (Ctrl-V) the contents to a blank text document. You can then save the text document wherever you want. This will bring all of the UI elements across as well. Note: sub-flows will need to be copied separately to their own file.

To recreate the flow in a different machine, copy all of the text from the saved file into a new blank flow.
