Move File in Desktop Power Automate

I created a Desktop Flow and it works when I run it manually. This flow looks in my email for a specific email, grabs the attachment, saves it to a temp folder, renames the file, then moves to correct location. However, when I created a scheduled flow in the web version, I get an error that a file cannot be moved because it's in use by another user which cannot be. The flow saved it to the file location so not sure how it's being opened by another user.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi there!

Here's what I would try:  add a delay before moving the file action; everything in unattended flows runs at a different tempo and speed than an attended desktop flow.

You may also want to consider dropping the temp file location and save it to the desired location and rename at the same time.  This is most likely where the file lock is occuring (in your temp file save location).  Anyway, that's what I would try if this was my flow.
