Get Files Filter Query - Library on 'Approved' Documents

Hi All,

First of many posts !!

Ok trying to apply a Filter Query on a Get Files function/step (i think that's what its called!) and i only want it to return amongst other things the 'Approved'  or published documents or those docs notated as Approved within the Approval Status Column.

How is this achieved...it certainly doesn't seem to recognize the 'Approval Status' Column name like it would for a custom column

Thanks

If you are using the Approval Status column that is automatically added by SharePoint when you require approval, see my example below.  IMPORTANT:  there are two underscores between OData and ModerationStaatus.

    Thanks Scott that works perfectly!

What's the best way of identifying Column Names such as these, i can see the address when i edit a custom column but the Approval Status isnt shown in this way.

    Thanks Again! 😁

In a SharePoint filter query, you must refer to columns by their internal names rather than their display names.  The easiest way to figure out how to a column in the filter is to click on the output of the get items action after a run.  Then search for your column name - refer to the column in your filter exactly the same way that is shows in the output.  The names used in the query are case sensitive.  The approval column is special - you just need to know that it is moderation status...
