Pulling Workflow Names in Environment

I am developing a workflow that checks within the last 24 hours (9 a.m. reoccurring) if any workflows have failed within the specific environment the scheduled workflow is running on. I have been leveraging Microsoft Dataverse but unfortunately have not been able to successfully pull the exact names of the workflows within the environment. I am not sure if I am referencing the wrong table--any advice is appreciated. I need the names of the workflows in order to populate the error message. I have admin privileges, but there are certain connectors that are disabled per my organization's policy. I am not able to leverage Power Platform for Admin at this time--are there any other workarounds users know of?

Thank you in advance!

Since you don't show your flow, I don't know what you are doing. However, in the Dataverse action, you need to specify the columns to return like this:

    These are the columns I grab:  duration,endtime, errorcode,errormessage, flowrunid,name, starttime,status, triggertype, _workflow_value,_ ownerid_value,workflowid, ownerid

I set up the notification through a select action:
Which returns the following when you follow it with Create HTML table.
