I created a flow like when in a page in business central I click on a custom automate flow ...it uses the ai builder process documents to extract text and fill the form. When i use the manual trigger the flow runs. But when I use the custom power automate flow it shows error at the process docuemnt step
I have the same question (0)

From this description alone it’s hard to determine the root cause. Since it works with a manual trigger but fails when run from Business Central, the issue is likely context/inputs-related.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error and the configuration of the “Process document” step (AI Builder)? If possible, also include the inputs passed from Business Central.

That should help us pinpoint what’s going wrong.

When you run from Business Central the file is passed differently not full file content
AI Builder needs actual file content binary
But Business Central often sends: File link OR Metadata

    Try this approach:
    After trigger
Get file content from where your file is stored
Example: From SharePoint, OneDrive Or Email attachment
Then in Process document: Use File Content from this step
