Operation undefined was not found in swagger. for Create new Document Set SharePoint Action

Hello,

I am getting this message when selecting create new document set from the SharePoint actions.

"Operation undefined was not found in swagger." tried to clear cache and started a new session but no avail.

    I got it figured out.. I needed to start a new flow from scratch.
