It appears that my company accidentally set up 2 identical O365 / ADD accounts for me with identical name and email.
So, when I use flow to send me an email by calling on my name. Flow fails because it cannot recognize which email to send to.
Same things for sharing Flow / Sharing Powerapps. It says I do not have permission to access.
When someone searches for my name in O365 Users Directory, my name appears twice.
Is there anyway to resolve this issue?
I approached my company's IT multiple times.
They have looked into my O365 account said, there is no problem with it.

Unfortunately, the IT does not find a way to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, this is not something that can be fixed from the Flow side, as you already reached your IT Admin this is something that they are able to fix, once this is fixed Flow will be able to work with your account.
