It appears that my company accidentally set up 2 identical O365 / ADD accounts for me with identical name and email.
So, when I use flow to send me an email by calling on my name. Flow fails because it cannot recognize which email to send to.
Same things for sharing Flow / Sharing Powerapps. It says I do not have permission to access.
When someone searches for my name in O365 Users Directory, my name appears twice.
Is there anyway to resolve this issue?
I approached my company's IT multiple times.
They have looked into my O365 account said, there is no problem with it.
