Flow Successful but No Task Created in Planner

I am trying to build flows to automate my communications timeline reminders. I have a successful flow set up to create a new Planner task for 30 days ahead of the event I create in my Outlook Calendar (see screenshots). However, no tasks are created in my selected plan/bucket.  Help!
