Expired Power Automate Plan 2

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help as I've exhausted all the usual fixes.

The problem: When I go to make.powerautomate.com I'm immediately redirected to make.powerautomate.com/trialExpired with the message "Your Power Automate Plan 2 has expired." Clicking "Request a License" just loops back to the same page. Trying direct URLs like make.powerautomate.com/flows also redirects to trialExpired. I've tried clean browsers and incognito — same result.

 What makes this confusing:
- My existing scheduled flows are still running fine — it's only the UI I can't access
- I have Microsoft Power Automate Free assigned to my account in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- There is NO Power Automate Plan 2 Trial visible anywhere under Billing → Your Products or Billing → Licenses in admin.microsoft.com
- We are on Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- We have not purchased any Power Automate Premium licences

What I've already tried:
- Assigned Power Automate Free licence — already assigned
- Checked Billing → Your Products — no trial listed
- Tried make.powerapps.com — loads fine
- Cleared cache, tried incognito, tried multiple browsers

It looks like there is a ghost expired trial licence state stuck on my account in the backend that isn't visible in the admin center but is overriding my free licence.

Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? Is there a way to clear this without Microsoft support, or does anyone know the right team at Microsoft to contact for a backend licence reset?

Thanks in advance.

I believe the Power Automate Plan 2 was the old and deprecated 'premium' licencing offering.

So in your case I wonder if the Microsoft Power Automate free is causing issues because its not a premium offering. Have you got any premium flows running? Maybe you need the Power Automate Premium offering?

    Thanks

Thank you for the advice. I'm now being prompted to create a premium account, rather than continuous looping back to trialExpired.
