I’m experiencing an issue in Power Automate Desktop within the Default environment.
When I create and save a new desktop flow, it appears on the My Flows page, but the flow icon is greyed out with a disabled symbol. I can open and edit the flow, but I cannot run it.
If I switch to a different environment, the flow works perfectly fine no disabled icon and it runs without issues.
In the Default environment, my role is Maker without full data access. I’m wondering if this role is preventing desktop flows from running.
I’ve already tried:
Signing out and signing back in
Clearing local cache (%localappdata% and %appdata%)
Restarting the machine
Has anyone encountered this before? Is this likely a permission or environment restriction issue?
