I am looking to create a Power Automate Workflow that will Import new Outlook items with certain parameters into SharePoint, and utilize data within the body of  the email to populate the Column Names that are required for this particular Item.

I can get Power Automate to import items from Outlook into SharePoint all lday long, but no Metadata.

Can someone please help me?

What metadata are you looking for specifically?

    We have columns such as:
    Offense Type
    Incident Report/Police report Attached
    In Files
    Outcome
    Item Number
    Case Number
    First Name
    Middle Name
    Last Name
    Offense Date
    Date Letter Mailed
    Warrant Issued
    Lab ID
    Status
    Investigative Disposition

Many of these will be included in the body of the e-mail.

I need a way to have Power Automate interpret this data, and fill these fields properly for each item being imported.

Does this make any more sense?

@WillPage did an excellent write up of something similar found here - Solved: Re: Read email content from body of the email, ext... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

You will want to use an HTML to text action immediately after your trigger and use the solution in the link above for each of your rows you are trying to extract data from. Keep in mind that the template you use should not change in terms of the strings you are looking for. If they do, you will need to remember to alter your flow as well.
