Hi everyone,

Could you please help to create a flow for my planner tasks as below:

- Create an Outlook calendar event from a Planner task: Create an event in Outlook when new Planner tasks are created
- Update Outlook calendar event: If I update my planner task, it will update the event in my outlook calendar
- Remove Outlook calendar event: If I complete my planner task, it will remove the event from my outlook calendar

Thank you.

    Hello @kinghnvn

you will need a table that holds the information of the unique outlook ID and the unique planner id.

1.) Every time a planner task is created you need to create an outlook event and store both ids.

2.) If the planner task is modified you have to search for the ID in your table and update the corresponding outlook id.

3.) If a planner task is completed you need to do the same as in step 2 and remove it.

    Hi Matthy,

Can you provide me with screenshots of the flows?

    Regards.

I don't have a flow and I don't use planner. Just gave you the information of what you have to do to solve your problem.

Try to create the flow and if you stuck, send a screenshot and I will guide you. But first you need the trigger and a switch condition to check the type of change (add/modify/completed/delete). If there is no trigger for all those types you need to create a flow for each of them.
