Hi all,

Does any know, why approval email to gmail comes like that. Is there something we can do to fix it ?

HI @princz ,

this is a feature which is only available in Outlook. This feature is called "Actionable Messages".

@GeorgiosG Yes, i am aware that actionable messages is only working when using outlook and i don't even have any problem that it redirects me to power automate site when i click on approval.

I was wondering, if the email that i receive on my gmail for approval can customize to look better ?

Hi @princz ,

unfortunately there is no possibility to adapt this autogenerated mail / template if you use Approvals.

What you can also do is create an approval, set the "enable notification" to "No"

Send your own mail with your template you want

and wait for the approval:

You need to use the actions Create an approval, Wait for an approval not Start and wait for an approval.

Like in my previous post in the screenshot.

Create an approval

Send mail

Wait for an approval

The Respond Link is only available in the action Create an approval.
