Automate has tuned so slow suddenly, without any changes to the code for long.

I have the flow which records data from Microsoft Form and retrieve information from recorded history in excel spreadsheet. It has several condition-based loops and selection criteria from the form request and send the appropriate message and email to user for their request.
It was working fine for few months now and suddenly started to misbehave not correctly recording data in spreadsheet. When I had a look in a flow, it was not executing the request repeatedly same way the way it should. And it was so slow on loading up on dynamically synced content from excel files and missing to record values in the cells of table sometimes. It was kept showing the message for the page is having problem and refresh it or come back later, on every few minutes. This happens even in middle of the flow review and any making any changes. As soon as the page is refreshed, all changes disappeared and if you try to save the flow on every little change, it kept showing the error dynamic content are not available, until the advised flow function is open to have a look and it takes time to load up and then save worked again without any changes.
Please see attached few screenshots to get an idea.

Few have reported on this, must be Microsoft service issues rather than your flow. Please check your admin center for any incident related to this

This is a confirmed Microsoft service incident, not a local issue on your end.

Microsoft confirmed on April 15 2026 that a configuration change applied to the flow management service infrastructure caused users to be unable to manually save, publish, or turn on flows. Multiple users globally are reporting the same symptoms  crashes on save, browser running out of memory, variables not displaying values, connections being dropped.

swgsit is correct that this is a broader platform issue. 11manish's explanation of browser/session instability is not the root cause it is a Microsoft-side infrastructure problem.

    What to do right now:
    1. Check your M365 Service Health Dashboard (admin.microsoft.com > Health > Service health) for the active Power Automate incident and follow updates there
    2. If you have not already raised a Microsoft support ticket, do so and reference the incident  this helps Microsoft gauge scope and prioritise resolution
    3. Avoid making changes to flows until the incident is resolved to prevent further corruption of connections or flow state

There is no local workaround for this. It requires Microsoft to resolve on their side.
