Hello everyone,

I was checking a flow that I have in our PRD environment, and I can't make any changes to it.
Can you help me?

In the production environment, editing flows directly is restricted since it's a managed solution. To modify a specific flow, navigate to the development environment, make the necessary changes, publish it as a managed solution, and then proceed with testing and production deployment according to your organization's policy.

    Hi @Deenuji ,

I understand that, since I'm using managed solutions. But in this case I wanted to do a specific change in the PRD flow.

I'm asking this because I was able to edit the flow until last week - something changed and I don't understand what.

    Thanks!

    Hi @Deenuji ,

Is there a way to allow customizations in PRD environment?

    Thanks!

As per my understanding, you cannot make any customization in prod environment if its managed one.

    Hi @franciscooa ,

While you try to export your flows to Test Environment to Prod Environment there should be an option to managed or un managed while creating the solution.

    thanks
