how to convert word document to pdf with flow(premium flow)

Good Morning!

I'm using a premium connector to populate a Word template with values submitted through Power Apps. However, I'm facing issues when trying to convert the populated Word document to a PDF using the same premium connector.

At which step should I add the "Convert Word Document to PDF" action in my flow.

Also, what should I select in the "File" field of that action

My flow is generating Word document and working fine.

Populate the file field with a custom value and choose the file identifier from your create Word document action.

Hi @MTNK

I suggest you add a Delay after the word Create, as I am not sure the cache is available the document close. Same with excel files

Set it o 3-10 minutes. i start at 3 and work my way up\

If this resolves your message please as such and maybe a like

There is a built-in action for doing this in OneDrive, which is what I normally use. In this case I've never needed to add a delay. Here's an example from one of my flows.
