Cloud Flow not Running unless open

Hello, I recently discovered Power Automate and set up two related cloud flows and they have been working if I have the Power Automate tab open in Chrome, but if I close it, they don't run, even though it says they are cloud flows.  Maybe I am misunderstanding something since I am new to this, but hoping to get it to where they will always run, in case the browser goes down, etc.

    I'm confident we can solve this.  Can you share a few screenshots of your flows please?  Specifically, I'd like to understand the trigger for these flows.
     
    But you are absolutely right, cloud flows run in the cloud, not in a browser tab, and they even run when you are logged out, laptop shutdown, gone on PTO for 2 weeks.
     
    So I do believe it might be something else and trying to connect the dots.  Those screenshots will certainly help and you will get a lot of replies quickly!

    What triggers did you specify for your flows?  Only scheduled or event based triggers would run the flow automatically, manual triggers will not.  (Event based triggers would only start the flow if that event happened (like when a file is created on a sharepoint.
     
    Can you show the top sections of your flows?  Did you check the Run History?

    Both of them trigger when an email arrives, using "When a new email arrives (V3)"

    Nothing shows in the Run History for the time when it didn't work.  It just doesn't exist.   I left myself a test voicemail yesterday at 9:46am and I got the email notification on it while the browser was closed.  And the trigger never went off and does not show anything in the Run History log.
