For Deployment Pipelines for Power Automate Desktop, which is more reliable - Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps pipeline?

Also, in working with VDIs, are the agents in installed on the VDIs? If I have 3 VDIs (each for Dev, Test and Prod), will the Agent be installed in each of the environment VDIs?

My recommendation is Power Platform. Matthew has a great, free PDF with the step-by-step instructions too! Super easy to setup and seems stable.
