I am looking to create a connection between Microsoft Dynamics and ArcGIS Online. The ArcGIS Online connector allows new rows in excel to be placed as new points on a map, so I'm wondering if the first stage is to get a live link to Dynamics into excel with the lat/long data, and everytime a new record is added, a new row in the excel will be added. Does anyone know if this is possible please?
