Hello, I have recently initiated a PAD flow with RPA to run daily. To collect some data in some legacy systems and make some excel / csv conversions. and email results to my email

We purchased RPA so I can schedule this flow to run everyday unattended.

Yesterday we go the machine settings all set up in PAD, but when I run the flow I get the following error and I cannot get a definitive answer as to what to do next can someone help me?

Are you by any chance using the "New Outlook"?

If you do, you need to disable this and return to the classic view of Outlook. The so-called "New Outlook" does not work with PAD yet.

No, it really doesn't look like you are. Have you tried launching Outlook via the Run application action, so that it is running and then use Launch Outlook to simply attach to it? You don't need to modify the Launch Outlook action in any way - if Outlook is already running, it doesn't start a new instance, but attaches to the existing one.
