Hi there!
I need help.

Recently we had a working flow with Planner Basic.
After upgrading this Planner to Premium, the flow became incorrect, with this message in Create a task action:

Is there a way to solve this question?

After moving from Planner Basic → Planner Premium, the old “Create a task” action in Power Automate can fail with “Archived entity can’t be modified.”

    Why this happens:
The Planner connector only supports Basic plans. Once a board is Premium, those actions can’t write to it.
Premium plans (and their buckets/tasks) can be archived, and archived = read‑only. Any flow still pointing at an archived plan/bucket will 403/Fail.

    How to fix / options:
Make sure the target plan/bucket isn’t archived. If it was archived, unarchive it first, then retry. (Archived entities can’t be modified.)
If the board is staying Premium, don’t use the Basic Planner connector. Use the Project Schedule (Dataverse) APIs/actions instead, the Premium boards are backed by Project-for-the-web in Dataverse.

If you need a quick workaround, create the task in a Basic plan with the Planner connector, or convert the plan back to Basic (several users confirmed this restores old flows).

Once it’s unarchived, it becomes writable again.

    How to unarchive?
When you open Planner Premium in Teams or in the new Planner web experience:
         Open Planner.
Go to All → Archived Plans (or "Archived" section in left navigation).
Select the plan that was archived.
Choose Unarchive (you’ll see an “Unarchive” or “Restore” option).
The plan becomes active again → Power Automate flows will work normally.
