Power Automate – Authentifizierungs-Timeout (MsalPckeAuthenticationService)

Hello everyone,

I am currently experiencing issues with Power Automate and wanted to check if this is a general problem or something specific to my environment.

When opening or using Power Automate, I receive the following error message: MsalPckeAuthenticationService: Request has timed out. Timeout threshold: 17000

Additionally, no flow runs are displayed (“No runs”), even though flows exist.

What I have already tried:

  • Refreshing the browser / restarting the session
  • Signing out and back in

The issue still persists.

My questions:

  • Are there any known outages or issues with Power Automate at the moment?
  • Has anyone encountered this error before?
  • Are there known causes or workarounds (e.g. tenant settings, Conditional Access, network issues)?

    Power Automate servers are down and have been most of the day, but Microsoft hasn't said anything (no surprise there)

    I have been having the same issue all day.

    The interface is laggy and when i go to 'My Flows' it times out without producing the list.

    I have the same question : are there known outages? (and where do i go to check on the acknowledgement and fix progress for an outage?)

    The error "MsalPckeAuthenticationService: Request has timed out. Timeout threshold: 17000" occurs when the Power Apps authentication service fails to complete the login handshake within the allotted 17-second window. This is typically caused by browser configuration issues, network latency, or conflicts with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
     
    This is an authentication timeout issue, not a logic error
    Most cases resolved by:
    • Re-login + cache clear + network check

    I usually use Edge but also tried in Chrome and everything working fine - Flow pages quick to load and automation ran with no issues.
    Switched back to Edge and the issue was still present.
    Issue - My Flows page not loading with list of flows and displays error message / timeout.

    Hi
    Im having the same issue, but at least i can go to power app web page and from there i can select flows and work with my power automate flows.
     
    so lets waith until microsoft solves this issue with automate page.
