Flow works in test mode but not in normal mode

I have created a basic flow that sends me an email when someone fills out a forms on the forms app. When in test mode I get the email and it works fine but when I save and exit it stops working. The form still submits but I do not get the email.

    Hi @ Jaime,

     

    Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

     

    what is the normal mode that you mentioned?

     

    I have made a test on my side, the flow always work fine and never stops working.

     

    Please check if you have turn off the flow so the flow wouldn't run when a new response is submitted in forms.

    Please share more details about the normal mode and your flow so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

    Hi Alice,

     

    The normal mode I mean is just normal opperation. When I set it up I tried a test in test mode and it worked so I saved and exited thinking it would continue to work but then it didnt send me an email when a new form was submitted. I am unsure how to add a photo into this chat box so I cannot show you the flow however it does say it is active and it is the pre-built flow called 'Send an Outlook email for each Microsoft Forms survey response". The connections are through OUTLOOK and FORMS and both connections are working fine.

     

    Is there any other infomration I can provide that may assist?

    Hi @ Jaime,

     

     

    Please see the run history of the flow when a response is submited.

    If a response is submited,the flow would run and have the run history as below:

    Also please make sure you have submit the response to a same form as the form in the trigger of the flow.

    Hi,

     

    I didn't use the solution so I cannot confirm it works but the flow did start working the next day. I feel it may have just needed time to get started. The solution may have worked but I did not use it.

    I am in the same situation. The flow works in test mode, but failing in normal operations. How did you fix your issue?

    i wait for an hour to receive the email.
    any way that can speed it up?
    assume it can be done timely?
    like when i click teat run, i can receive email immediately

    Hi Silva. Did your workflow started working? I face the same situation . Flow runs in test perfectly doesn't run in operation mode. Please let me know what's your outcome

    Apparently mine got fixed as well....by simply doing nothing.
